What guests say
9.4 / 10 · Wonderful on Booking.com, from 176 guest reviews
The Beverly Hills Hotel earns near-unanimous praise for its warm, attentive staff and its unmistakable old-Hollywood glamour, with the Polo Lounge and pool dining standing out as consistent highlights. A handful of guests flag practical shortcomings — notably the absence of in-room coffee machines, some dated bathrooms, a gym in need of renewal, and occasional construction noise — while several note that the steep pricing makes value for money a genuine concern. Overall sentiment across these reviews is overwhelmingly positive, with most guests describing the experience as exceptional and many expressing intent to return.
