What guests say
8.9 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 66 guest reviews
The Renaissance ClubSport earns strong overall sentiment largely on the strength of its exceptional gym, well-maintained pools, kids' splash pad, and generally clean property — making it a standout for active and family travellers. However, a notable minority flag real concerns: some rooms showed maintenance neglect, the restaurant is seen as expensive with limited variety, parking fees sting, and the dual hotel-gym setup can feel busy and impersonal. A handful of low-score reviews cite rude staff encounters and one serious hygiene complaint, suggesting service and room quality can be inconsistent.
