What guests say
9.1 / 10 · Wonderful on Booking.com, from 176 guest reviews
Heat Hotel earns overwhelmingly positive sentiment across recent guests, who consistently highlight its unbeatable waterfront position beside London Bridge, spacious and well-appointed rooms, and attentive, friendly staff — with front-desk staff member Michael singled out by multiple reviewers. Minor gripes centre on the absence of complimentary breakfast, occasionally tricky parking, and isolated maintenance issues such as a shower leak in one room, but these rarely detracted from an otherwise impressive stay.
