What guests say
8.1 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 201 guest reviews
The Juneau Hotel earns consistent approval for its large, apartment-style suites equipped with full kitchens and in-room laundry — a practical choice for travellers wanting space and self-sufficiency in a pricey tourist city. However, recurring complaints about poor room temperature control, the complete absence of breakfast, and pricing that some feel outpaces the dated décor and inconsistent shuttle service temper the overall experience. Most guests leave satisfied but rarely wowed, rating it a solid, functional base rather than a standout stay.
