What guests say
8.1 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 446 guest reviews
Hotel Capstone earns consistent praise for its prime location — particularly handy for campus events and games — and its reliably friendly staff. However, the property is visibly dated, with recurring complaints about aging, poorly designed bathrooms, unreliable air conditioning, and inconsistent deep cleaning that hold it back from a higher rating. Guests generally find it a solid, convenient choice but acknowledge it is in need of renovation.
